Laser Pigmented Lesions

There’s beauty marks, then there’s pigmentation marks. This treats birthmarks and sun damaged areas. We can zap them gone in 2-3 sessions. This treatment is good for skin type 1-3 only. We use Cynosure Elite+ laser followed by a cooling.

Laser Vein Removal

Treats spider veins and superficial veins on face, legs, and body. 1-2 treatments are required. Can not treat varicose veins. Can not treat on tanned skin or self tanner.

Shana has been helping clients feel their best since graduating from the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University in 2022. Her journey to becoming a registered massage therapist began with a fascination for human anatomy during her early university years—a passion that eventually led her to pursue massage therapy as a career. Through her training, Shana discovered the transformative power of massage, not just for injury recovery, but also for maintaining overall wellness and balance in the body.

Shana’s approach is anything but cookie-cutter. She tailors each treatment to address her clients’ unique needs, focusing on muscle imbalances to help them move and feel better as a whole. Whether it’s pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or simply relaxation, Shana brings expertise and care to every session.

Born and raised in Calgary to parents who immigrated from the Philippines, Shana proudly embraces her heritage (and her love for Filipino food—adobo and lumpia are top-tier in her books). When she’s not working her massage magic, you’ll find her lifting (light) weights at the gym, sweating it out in hot yoga or spin classes, hiking local trails, watching horror movies, or spending time with her cousins. Shana also shares her home with Charlie, her 11-year-old senior cat who doubles as her “assistant” by kneading biscuits on her neck after a long day.

Farhana has been an RN for almost 10 years specializing in Oncology and Palliative care. Farhana made the move to Calgary from Vancouver in 2019 with the hopes of expanding her knowledge & education base and making her way into aesthetics.

So why cosmetic aesthetics, you ask? Well, Farhana has had a passion for all things aesthetics for as long as she can remember. Growing up, like many Farhana had problematic skin, as well as unwanted hair growth, and saw what aesthetics such as threading, facials, waxing and laser hair removal could do for her from a very early age. Sooo… that’s when she decided….why not enhance her own skills in aesthetics/medical botox and filler?! This allows her to enhance on the natural one already possesses. Farhana is all about listening and understanding what a clients goal is, and recommending the best treatment plan.

Anyone mention travel?! Farhana loves to travel the world and see what the world has to offer through learning and experiencing different cultures, especially through music and different culinary experiences as she loves to cook….and lets be honest, will not say no to a glass of vino.
